The terms related to payment, refund and cancellation are agreed upon in the Contract that is signed between the Client and the Contractor.
These terms override the terms written here.
Any order placed can be cancelled within 2 days of order placement for a full refund.
Post this duration, the order cannot be cancelled and the amount is non refundable.
In general it takes upto 5-7 working days to process the refund and to credit the amount to the Client's bank account.
